Who is This Guy?

I am AJ Nealey, an enthusiastic, talented, and hardworking race car driver.  In the world of motorsports, I have been extraordinarily successful.  However, nothing can compare to the racing season of 2008 when I dominated the Mid-Atlantic Road Racing Series (MARRS) racing my Honda CRX Si.  I won every race including the championship.  Along the way I also reset the track record at
Summit Point Raceway by almost a full second.  In addition to racing competitively in the MARRS series, I competed with the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) in an Acura Integra GSR.  I teamed up with PhilsTireService.com and, with Phil’s support, I was able to place first in 4 races and reset the track records for NASA at Summit Point Raceway as well as Virginia Int’l Raceway.  In order to continue to challenge myself and my competitors, I need to take the next step in my racing career and this is where you come in!

Plans for 2009

The next step to further my career is to compete in a fairly new, but extremely competitive, race series called the Volkswagen Jetta TDI Cup.


Making it's North American debut in 2008, the Volkswagen Jetta TDI Cup series is an innovative approach to motorsports. Thirty young undiscovered drivers will be selected from a talented applicant pool to compete against each other in
identical factory-prepared and maintained Jetta TDIs.


The Jetta TDI Cup car is powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder TDI clean diesel engine. The car is only slightly modified from its stock form.  It comes equipped with race suspension and brakes, plus a six-speed, double-clutch, automatic DSG transmission.


The Jetta TDI Cup series, sanctioned by SCCA Pro Racing, will serve as a training ground for up-and-coming talent by providing driving, fitness and media
coaching throughout the season. The series Champion will win $100,000, as well as an opportunity to be signed by a professional motorsports team and a handsome $150,000 bonus.

What Does a Marketing Partner Receive?


A marketing partner can expect any of the following based on the amount of financial support provided:


-Brand recognition in the form of press releases that will be distributed via e-mail and published on AJNealeyRacing.com

-Physical sponsor identification on the Volkwagen Jetta TDI race car and driver uniform

-Recognition in all pre and post race interviews and media literature

-Tickets to racing events with access to the hospitality tent

-Use of my likeness and logos for your own branding/marketing materials

-The use of a VW Jetta TDI Cup Car to be used as a point of sale (i.e. new store opening) with me as your driver signing autographs

-Possible exposure on 6 part documentary filmed and aired throughout the season

 

How Does a Marketing Partner Gain Exposure?


-Each race of the season will be aired on Speed Channel

-Throughout the season, a 6 part documentary will be aired on television (details to be announced shortly)

-Each race accompanies better known events such as American L
e Mans, Rolex Sports Cars, Koni Challenge, ARCA RE/MAX, SCCA World Challenge, and the Atlantic Championship which will draw large audiences

How Much?

The amount of exposure a company will receive is commensurate with the amount of support provided.  The cost for the entire season of the 2009 Jetta TDI Cup is estimated at $100,000.  This figure includes possible crash damage and travel.  If you choose to establish a marketing relationship, I will work hard to ensure we both end up in the winner’s circle.  Please take this opportunity to invest as much or as little as you can.
